Sparring block pads are used as moving targets that you can focus on when sparring, ideal for training your fitness, coordination and response time. The pad is made of sturdy black artificial leather with a foam filling to absorb repeated punches and kicks. A thicker area just below the palm provides extra comfort for the forearm. The arm pad itself is slightly curved, so that you can absorb the blows well and has a double Velcro closure for extra good grip.
